Hi,
Please re-install the plugin and use the wordpress.org version – https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/updraftplus.1.16.28.zip
Regards,
Bryle
I’m sorry, I failed to mention that I’ve tried that but it still says that premium is installed. I have uninstalled many times then installed from the wp.org version and it still insists that premium is installed.

Hi,
Do you have any caching plugin installed? Can you try to deactivate or use a different browser to check?
Regards,
Bryle
No, there is no caching plugin on any of the three sites that are experiencing the issue…
Also, I’ve manually deleted the plugins directory from the server and when I reinstall it the pro version comes back. On one of the sites even after I deleted the plugins directory form the server it shows that the free version is installed when I go to the “Add new” page under plugins and search for it.
Is there a way I can manually reset or delete the plugin at the database level.
After some further digging we figured out what the problem was…. someone had registered all three sites for the Pro version using their license and then incorrectly disconnected our sites from their license. We resolved the issue by reconnecting their license, correctly disconnecting their license, uninstalling pro, and then reinstalling the free version from the “add new plugins” page.
