Preloader Loading & filter not working

Hi
I am trying to use this beautiful plugin. But this plugin is not working perfectly on my site. I need this feature very badly but don’t know why this is not working. It’s just loading and the filters are not sorting any item.
Can you please give me a solution as soon as possible?

I am sure that the jquery is loading from the header. But still no luck.

Can you please tell me specifically how to solve that issue. I am highly interested to use this plugin and not any other.
