  • I think the problem is the lack of transparency or ability to manage your account as I was under the impression that this service was cancelled but it was only after receiving the invoice and contacting support that it was confirmed that the account was cancelled. Also the $49 changed to $59 for effectively no listings.

    I agree that cancellation was enabled after contacting support, but this is counter-intuitive as the application is enabled without setting any externally accessible account, so it should be disable-able via the same route.

    I also agree that good integration software for eBay is lacking and regret my rating my discourage potential customers, but hope it is useful for anyone else who trials it and who isn’t aware that the only way to cancel payment is to contact you directly.
