They did not make it clear that pro was an annual fee when I signed up. And despite my asking within 24 hours of being charged for my second year, they refused to refund my money. They claim that it’s in the terms and conditions that they don’t have to refund renewals, but in my opinion a reputable company with good customer service should refund when the request is reasonable. As a business owner myself, customer satisfaction and my reputation are more valuable than strong arming payments out of people- as I can see I’m not alone in this dilemma.
And the product did not work well- I’m switching to Divi from Elegant Themes.
