    Hello,
I’m trying to find a calendar/booking system for a client with some quite specific functionality.
I need users to be able to create events on the calendar freely (without authorisation) but only remove those events WITH admin approval.

I’d also like to host multiple calendars and have them all display on the same page, I’ll need a separate calendar for each room in a building, and the user needs to be able to quickly see which rooms (calendars) are free and which are booked at any one time.

    Cheers,
    Tom

  • Hi @smalltorqueit,

Great questions! We do have a premium plugin called Community Events that sounds like might be a good fit for you:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/

That will allow you to take front-end submissions to the calendar. While The Events Calendar does not include multiple calendars, you can categorize events and then use the unique URL for the category and that is like having multiple calendars.

Does this help answer your question? Please let us know. 🙂

    Geoff
