    Hi,

    I’m looking for a plugin to manage plans for our products, so customers can choose betweek pre-established plans. The thing is I would like to know if you rplugin is compatible with SEPA payment method from Stripe. Also, if the generated installment will be charged automatically (both credit card and SEPA from Stripe). And my last cuestion is related to how orders are treated. We need a plugin where the customer generates only one order and the installments are paid in that order, not generate a different order for every installment.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Yes, our Flexible Subscriptions plugin is compatible with the SEPA payment method from Stripe. The installment will be charged automatically, both for credit card payments and SEPA transactions.

    Regarding your question about orders, the plugin will create a new order for each renewal. While a customer creates a single order for the subscription product, subsequent renewals will generate new orders as well. This is due to how WooCommerce handles subscriptions, and unfortunately, we can’t bypass this behavior to avoid generating a new order for each renewal. Each renewal needs to create a new order to process the payment.
