    Hello,

    this is a pre-sale question regarding the form maker you offer.
    I’d kindly like to know whether it is possible to send an automatic response to the user who filled in the form plus attach a pdf document in which the previous given information are printed on.

    This is what we want exactly:
    The user fills in certain criteria for example which software he wants to buy plus how many desktops and further information.
    Afterwards it should be calculated together (just added) based on fix prices and then printed on a already created template.
    For example: The user picks software 1 which cost $100, 3 desktops which cost $50 each and 1 additional printer which cost $75. This makes a total of $325. Now he receives a pdf file which shows the exact prices plus the total price – giving him a proper looking offer.

    Is there a way to do this with your form maker? And if not, which steps are already possible and which could be maybe manually programmed?
    And would you offer such individual customizations?

    Please, see bellow answers to your questions.

    Send an automatic response, attach a pdf document _ The plugin has an option to sent conformation response to the submitter together with the submission. You can use the PDF integration add-on to send the submission in the PDF format.

    Regarding the total amount: Please note that the plugin has an option to calculate the total price based on the prices of several products. This result will be also visible for the user while they are filling in the form.

    You can check this and more other options in the demo version of the plugin too.

    thank you very much for your answer, it helps a lot.
    I’ve tried out the demo recently and it works just the way as we requested it.
    We are now considering to buy a bundle of your plugins plus the add-on package.

    Still I’ve got one question left.
    I already saw the screenshot of the PDF integration add-on as well that you use standard custom text editor for it but I’m curious:

    I know it’s possible to insert an own individual content as well to the PDF. But how does a final sample PDF document look like? What design does it have? Is it, for example, possible to insert a company logo and using our CI requirements such as own font or colors?
    If it’s not possible, is there any chance to make these custom changes upon further assignments to you?

    This customization option is a critical condition for us using this tool and would be necessary for our final decision.
