Pre purchase question

    Hello , I’ve installed the free version and want to purchase the full version. Before I do so, i have a pre purchase question. What I want is, that after the last question of a survey the user is redirected to a result page where all the questions and the answers of the user are listet. And at the buttom of this listing the user can choose via form if he wants this results to be sent him via email. Is this possible?
