pre entered title on post creation

Hey y’all 🙂

I’ve searched the forum and googled for quite some time, but couldn’t find an answer to this one…

I’m searching for a way to have certain fields already filled out when I click on “create post”.
I’m running All in One SEO and since I use the same keywords on everypost and just add the title of the post to it, it’d be awesome if those could just be there so I don’t have to fill that out every single time I create a post.
Same situation applies to the tags section.
Is there any way I can set those to something like “standard tags”?
