Powerful plugin with EXCELLENT developer support

I initially started out with the LITE version of this plugin and I liked it, but it was missing one feature that I needed for my project (integration with a 3rd-party plugin). I contacted the developer about it and he responded within an hour in a helpful manner. Two days later he had added the functionality I needed and provided the updated plugin for me! Another feature I needed was part of the PRO version, so I purchased a license and enjoyed the enhancements that it provided. Then I had a few more questions/issues, and Kartik continued to be extremely responsive and provided the information and updates to resolve every single one within a couple of days. I had tried a few other plugins, but none could provide the feature set and/or performance that I needed (not even much more expensive plugins). My project is a success thanks in large part to Kartik and his willingness to go the extra mile with his support and expertise.
