    Hi,

    I’m auto posting to Twitter and although my post has categories, after I publish the post; it gets released to Twitter as ‘Uncategorised’.

    If I then repost to twitter manually the correct categorised are populated in the tweet.

    Is there any issue with timing and how the autoposts are being created when using the %CATS% format type?

    This means your site sets categories for the post after the post is already published.

    Please set categories before publishing the post If you have SNAP Pro you can try to set delay for autoposting – https://www.nextscripts.com/snap-features/scheduled-and-delayed-posting/

    Hi, the category is being set in the post before publishing, I then click to publish but twitter shows uncategorised.

    I get that somehow your plugin is not seeing it but I’m not doing anything special on the site to set the categories after

    Could it be some issue with regard to the new way WordPress have implemented categories and the new api calls which could mean a default gap between the initial post being saved, the auto post and the api updating the category?
