Posts Showing Wrong Comments

I’m currently back-posting old posts from my previous website which has been going fine until I make posts in a different category that isn’t the main category.

If you visit: http://www.drivenfaroff.com/2006/07/29/nintendo-fusion-tour-2006-2/ and scroll down to the comments you can see “0 Responses to “Interview: Neverender – February 18th, 2004” which is the comments for a different post under a different category. If you go to any post on the site you will see that the comments are trying to point to that post and it will change to the next post you make in any category but the main one.

I’m running a modded version of the K2 theme and WP 2.0.3. Any ideas on a fix for this? Thanks!
