"Posts" parameter will not take input

Perhaps this is related to fact that I am using 4.1.1 WP, but let me know if I am perhaps missing a basic step.
Your plugin worked very well (thxk)for pages… however in the “settings” area, where you ask for which posts should be restricted, I tried to input something and it would not accept input. There seems to be something in the window, because when I click on the window, even though it looks blank, there are several lines that seem to be links – they seem to be the same number as my number of posts, making me think that your plugin knows I have posts and is TRYING to put the posts in the input window, but nothing appears. I clicked on the blank lines anyway but no luck. The posts remain unrestricted.
Is there any way to restrict the posts? Thank you,
