Posts are not linking

    I am currently using posts and have 4 categories.
    In each category I have multiple posts.
    When you click on “Read Me” the hyperlink URL brings me back to the main category. Could there be a plugin causing issues or my theme?

    If you go to the link above and click on any of the “Read Me” it will bring you to the current page.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.
