Posts and Pages editing not available

Nothing seems to be down on my site (http://aghealthreform.com) but when I try to edit either “posts” or “pages” I’m not able to. The normal page settings for editing pulls up so it shows how many posts I have, how many are published and how many are in drafts but when I click on either of those options to view the posts for editing I get an message saying “no posts found.” Similar with Pages, it shows how many pages total I have, published, private and drafts but I’m not able to view the actual pages so I can edit.
