    Hi,
    I create a publication that should be available later, not when I press the button to open it. In wordpress there is such functionality. But the subscribers of the channel in Telegram, flies the announcement of publication immediately. At this time, the publication is not yet available, and users can not see it.
    Only I have a problem, or is there no such functionality?

    For example, I wrote a post at 11 am. But I want it to be available to users at 13 o’clock. I can do it. But the notification via your plugin will be sent immediately at 11am. And the post has not actually been published and is inaccessible to viewing.

    No, that should not be the case. Scheduled posts are sent to Telegram only when they are published not when scheduled.
