• I am supporting a client, who has one wordpress site. My user turned on automatic upgrades, and after a recent upgrade the site is no longer available. It is running on an SUSE system, and I have full credentials. SQL backups are done often, and I am not sure how to fix or restore the site from the last known good backup.

    I also tried to locate the files but was unable to do so, so I could do a restore of just the config files.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    – Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    Hello Tara;

    It is hosted on the clients site, and I have full admin access. I didn’t do the initial installation and a bit more assistance. Is it possible to create a teamviewer or LogMeIn remote session to help me resolve this, or refer me to a tech, that I can contract to resolve this?

    Can you help me by letting me know where I can locate the the error logs, and the where I can find the installation. I am assuming it is in the default location.

    OK I was able to get the Web site active, now I am unable to access the wp-login page. Now I need a little more assistance. Is there someone, or somewhere I should look for assistance?

    http://www.hicksgas.com Currently appears to be an all HTML web site. I don’t see any sign of WordPress there anywhere.
