Post Total vs Published/Draft/Trash Incorrect

I am having an issue with my total posts not displaying correctly. Recently my site was hacked and now we are seeing lots of traffic to websitedomain.com/really-gross-pornigraphic-links. We have deleted and remedied the situation, using a service called Sucuri. I’m curious as to if these ~16,000 rouge posts are the reason for it. My “All” posts is coming in at 16,048 while I only actually have 8 blogs published.

I have went in and renamed my plugins folder something different, deactivating all plugins, as well as reverted to a standard WordPress theme. Is this something within the database?
