Post to subscribers

Receive error message that cannot connect with mail server. Can post to blog but cannot send message to subscribers using pop3.biz.yahoo.com and smtp.biz.yahoo.com. Changed port 110 to port 995 and all required by yahoo. Opened Outlook Express under the name wordpress@losangelesworkers.org. Receive mail there and send mail from there, but cannot send from WordPress.
