post titles are strange

Hello
As you know when a user click on a star, it shows a tooltip and in that tooltip, it recommends some other posts.
My Site isn’t in English; It’s in Persian and I think this is the reason of this problem:
in the recommendations, the title of the posts, is like this:

How can I solve this?
