I followed the steps to change the image thumbnail size trying both in the short code and using the settings > Network Posts Ext menu. I was not able to get the image to switch from the WordPress default of 150×150 to my preferred dimension either instance. My shortcode is listed below. Why would this be happening?

    [netsposts taxonomy_type='tag' taxonomy='news' titles_only='false' show_author='false' thumbnail='true' size='20,20' image_class='alignleft' auto_excerpt='true' excerpt_length='50' show_author='false' paginate='true' list='6' include_link_title='true' column='2' use_layout='inline']

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’ll check it out later today when I get home.

Do you have a caching plugin active?

What image size did you want to have?
Under settings menu when you create the size you want then you use that alias name in the shortcode. So if you made an image size of 200px wide by 200px high and gave it a name of 200×200 then the shortcode would be size=’200×200′ or if you created a custom thumbnail size then it would be size=’nameofcustomsize’. If you created a custom size via the functions.php file then you would have to regenerate all thumbnails using a plugin like “regenerate thumbnails” so the new sizes will be created.

I don’t have a caching plugin active. I wanted to do a 600px by 400px image. I can’t get the images to change using the image size or just using the dimensions in the short code.

    [netsposts taxonomy_type='tag' taxonomy='news' titles_only='false' show_author='false' thumbnail='true' size='600x400' image_class='alignleft' auto_excerpt='true' excerpt_length='50' show_author='false' paginate='true' list='6' include_link_title='true' column='2' use_layout='inline']

I haven’t tried creating a custom size in php.

I’m assuming you are the administrator of the website. What I need to do is go inside and see what’s happening. If you like fill out the following form here.

Then you may grant me temporary superadmin privileges with ID and password. I want to see if the image resize isn’t working.
