Post Thumbnail

I want a 200 by 200 Thumbnail of any picture from the post, to be shown with the post excerpt on the LEFT side, in my blog.

And I also want to align the ‘Continue Reading’ on the RIGHT side of the excerpt, and want to change its name to ‘Read More’…

Can anyone help with it?? This Twenty Ten is giving me complications :S
