Post template or pre-formatted post

Hi,
I have to write (often) the same type of post. I wondering how to pre-formatting the post editor. I would like my posts to be formatted in a certain way: an identification title, a short description, a location. Here’s an example:
Name : Project A
Description : ukdhds shfsk fdhs fkshdf sd kfhsdk fskdhfk sksdf
Location : Springfield
URL : htpp://…
Do you have any suggestion? Thanks in advance.
