Hi,
Good morning.

The emails it’s working correctly, so my client receive many emails with this text

Recibes este mensaje porque ha sido detectado un error durante la entrega de tu correo electrónico.
Para el dominio: https://felizcomounregaliz.es
El registro a pegar cuando abres un problema en el soporte:
5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at
5.7.8 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=BadCredentials f12sm33940340wrj.48 – gsmtp

I think your client have two-step verification enabled on the account,
you will need to use an application-specific password (created in the account) in the plugin settings: Signing in using application-specific passwords

Sorry… lost you…

To fix your client issue, you need to generate a password as describe in the link I posted above and paste in the password field inside the plugin settings.
