Hello,

I have managed to build my website looking just how I want it, however now I’ve gone to post our first lesson up as a post, i’ve checked the page and the header and footer are missing and it doesn’t look how it does on the backend.

The header and footer are missing, so you can’t navigate anywhere else on the site and the social buttons aren’t inline with the rest of the website and there are extra links which aren’t on the backend either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @ryanjayjohnson,

This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and it’s still causing the same issue..

Anything else I could maybe try?

Hi @ryanjayjohnson,

Can you please share a screenshot of how the header is set up in Customizer of the theme and also how the page looks like in the Elementor editor where the header and footer are present?

@ryanjayjohnson,

I think you have selected “Elementor Canvas” for Page Layout in Elementor settings: https://prnt.sc/v0jttz

Please select Page Builder Full Width (Neve) as Page Layout and save the settings – Header and Footer of the theme should appear then.
