Post notify add-on

I have found plugins that will let admins notify users via email of new posts but I was hoping to keep all members functions under this plugin (Ultimate Member). Is there an add-on for this like “Post Notif”? that way the user will not have another form to fill out and reenter the same info as in the member form.
