Post not showing up

Hi

Facing very unusual issue with wordpress post. I have setup wordpress site and have blog section. Blog section is showing all my posts but if I am adding any new post, posts are not showing immediately on blog page. I not scheduling any date for post I am just publishing post immediately but post are coming on blog page after 2 or 3 hours. Can any one have same issue with wordpress version 3.6.1. I have tried this after deactivating all plugins still facing same issue.

Please help me out I need to solve this issue.
