Post new thread does not work

Hi there,

For our website we have downloaded and tried to use your plugin with the pregnancy theme.

At our website: https://www.fast4you.nl/testomgeving/admiraalkraamzorg/index.php/gastenboek/ we have the problem that it does not show the place new thread button.

We have tried multiple solutions which we found on this forum but none of those worked.

In style.css line 1896 I see a CSS background for the button set to white. ON a white background that makes it invisible.

I also see some php code listed as html in the output. So something is broken there.

If you want you could send me a copy of the theme, I could take a look what is happening to the CSS.
