• Hi Team,

    Could you please help me with an issue regarding the Post List widget?

    When using 2 or more columns in the tablet view, there doesn’t seem to be an option to adjust the spacing between columns. The default spacing is also quite large, making the columns appear too far apart.

    Please refer to the attached screenshots for more details. I hope this issue can be checked and fixed in a future update.

    Thank you for your support!

    Best regards,
    Ridwan

    Hi Ridwan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I have checked the Post List widget on our end, and the posts displayed in two or more columns in the tablet view appear to be working correctly.

    You can refer to the following screenshot for comparison:

    Could you please check the page on an actual tablet device and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue? If possible, please share the page URL with us so that we can test it on our end and investigate further.

    We look forward to your response and will be happy to assist you further.

    Regards,
    Amir

    Hi Amir,

    Unfortunately, I don’t have a tablet device available to test this issue myself. Could you please help me check it on your end using the following URL?

    Hi Ridwan,

    Hope you are doing well.

    Here is the tablet view of your site: https://d.pr/v/KDrNnz. I checked the Post List widget, and it looks perfect on my end.

    You can also verify the tablet view using BrowserStack. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing the issue.

    Regards,
    Amir

    Hi Amir,

    Thank you for your response.

    I also tested it using BrowserStack. On the iPad Pro 13″, the viewport appears more like the desktop layout, so the issue doesn’t occur there.

    However, when testing on an iPad 10th Generation, the viewport is displayed as a tablet and the Post List widget changes to two columns. The spacing between the columns appears too wide, as shown in my attached screenshot. https://prnt.sc/GYv3I8PrN_3k

    Could you please check this again and provide a solution for this issue?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Regards,
    Ridwan

    Hi Ridwan,

    Hope you are doing well. I have reproduced this issue on my end. Please add this below CSS code in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:

        @media (max-width: 1024px) {

    .ekit-wid-con .ekit-col-tablet-6 {

    column-count: 1 !important;
    }
    }

    The issue will be solved right after that. Let me know if there is anything else that you need help with. We are always here to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Amir
