Post image plugin for wordpress

HEllo,
I found some sites using a plugin to post an image as title of the post that link to permalink and it can be align left top or right etc. here is an example of http://photosharingworld.com/viewer.php?file=un6gzau1bec8n94o18s0.jpg

this gives a news site feel.
