Post ids into content ids

Hi, I will be really grateful for some help. Our WordPress theme (Traveler) does not use the typical structure of Woocommerce. Instead of woo products, the products are actually ordinary WordPress posts. Example:

https://alexandra-travel.com/st_tour/екскурзия-закинтос-навагио/Which stops us from doing dynamic remarketing, as we are missing the content ids, which to sent to Facebook. We tried with PixelYourSite. Could u tell us a way to get the post id and convert it into a content id?
Someone on an internet forum suggested:
