Post Grid Pro short code not working

    We have a number of sites using the Post Grid Pro to display our blog page.
    We add the short code from the All Grids screen for the relevant grid and paste that in the body of the Page content for the /blog page.

    This works fine on all our other sites. On this one particular site the /blog url is going to the Category Page – it seems to be be ignoring the short code for the PGP.

    Any ideas?

    We have tried (on a stage site) upgrading WP and all plugins but it did not make a difference.

    Looking for any ideas as to where we can look.

    Thanks for your post.

    This is probably your theme issue using a custom page template for the blog page, try to create a new page and use post grid shortcode on that page and see what’s happening.

    Let me know the result.
