    Hello,

I hope this ticket finds you well.

We noticed that when using Polylang, editing post grids of different language versions across different tabs would not work. The post grid would always be updated to the language of the last page load. Saving post grids on a different language page would result in the post grid persisting an incorrect language version to the page.

    Would you please help?

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

    Best regards,
    Jason

    Hello @chiucs123

Thank you for reaching out, and I am so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Our team will investigate this Polylang compatibility issue with the EA Post Grid widget thoroughly and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

In the meantime, could you please share a link to a live page where we can observe this scenario? It would be incredibly helpful for our investigation.

    Best regards,

    Hi @chiucs123

Thank you for your patience, and for the detailed report, it helped a lot.

We reproduced the core issue. On a Polylang multilingual setup, we confirmed that Essential Addons widgets embedding a Saved Template (such as Advanced Tabs) were loading the wrong language’s template on translated pages — e.g. the Spanish page was rendering the English template instead of its Spanish version. We traced this to how the plugin resolved template translations under Polylang and have prepared a fix on the dev version of the plugin.

Here is the dev version: https://d.pr/f/uwzxIL

You can check out this reference video on how to upload the dev version and replace it with the previous one: https://d.pr/XpCgsS

Could you please install it on a staging copy of your site and let us know if it resolves the issue on your end?

▎ ⚠️ Please test on a staging/backup site first, not directly on production.

One part we could not reproduce yet. The specific behavior you described, where the Post Grid updates to the language of the last page you loaded while editing different language versions across tabs, did not surface in our test environment. We’ve included a safeguard for it in this dev version, but to confirm whether it’s fully fixed (or to reproduce it properly), we’d appreciate a few more details:

    1. Polylang version: free only? (and the version number)
    2. How you created the translations: using Polylang’s “+”/copy-content button, or manually building each language page?
    3. Language URL format: directory (/es/), subdomain, or query (?lang=es)?
    4. Any caching active: Elementor’s element/CSS cache or experiments, or a caching plugin (WP Rocket, etc.)?

Could you please share a short screen recording showing the Post Grid switching languages. This will let us match your exact setup and verify the fix completely.

Please give the dev version a try and share the details above whenever convenient, we’ll follow up as soon as we hear back.

    Best regards,
