Post Format Problem

    Hello guys,

    I have a category (http://idiomas.proddigital.com.br/ingles/ingles-winner/) where the Post Format (default or video) for several posts are missing the Video Format setting, ie I I enter the Youtube URL and select Video as the post format. But I do not know why, several posts are missing this setting and getting as standard format (showing only the featured image and not the youtube video).

    This problem has already happened to some of those back where several video posts lost their configuration (they were in standard format). Then I selected all posts and re-entered the video format. But now it happened again.

    What can this be?

    One detail … I had these videos posts in the main domain and never gave this problem. But prestigemente I have passed all these posts of videos to the subdomain http://idiomas.proddigital.com.br/, and from there it is giving this problem.

    Note: I already have them, so if you access the posts now they will see them normally. But you wanted to know why this is happening?

    Hello there,

    The post formats feature is defined in the theme’s function. Please see the documentation. If it’s suddenly missing from your site, the first thing to do is disabling the all plugins or third party scripts. They might contain a script which overrides it. If it fails, you should contact the theme developer who knows best about it.
