    Hi,
    The wordpress post is pumped to instagram. However, only the featured photos are being posted. Excerpts/description of post is not pumped to instagram. Please kindly advise?

    Hi,

    Please select number of words from plugin options, for description you want to post to Instagram.

    Also make sure, your description is a standard wordpress post description. Means not stored/managed by any other plugin.

    Hi,

    Yes, I had set “show post details” to 100 words.

    And, this is a standard wordpress post that I had scheduled to post according to scheduled time.

    Please kindly advise?

    Please contact support@genialsouls.com with the following information.

    1) Your site post link you are trying to post to Instagram.
    2) Instagram link for that post where description not showing.
