• The I-excel demo Blog page shows large post dates boxes at the top of, and comment bubbles on the bottom of, the post featured images. Where are those configured? I do not see them on my pages.

    Are these generated automatically and based on what criteria? They are not on all of the pages in the demo theme.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    these are default date of publish and number of comments

    So how do I get these comment bubbles and dates to appear as you show them in your demo Blog page?

    Marsian, I see now where the date and comment bubbles appear. My issue is still related, however. When I add a featured image to a post that image isn’t showing up on the home page. There is blank space where it should be and if you click the area you’ll get the image to pop up in a lightbox.

    The HTML output shows this for the image:

    <img src=”” alt=”” class=”blog-image” />

    As you can see the image to display is being rendered as src=”” so the image is not showing. Any idea?

    Hi Marsian. Yes, I resolved the issue myself and hadn’t had time to provide an update here yet.

    PHP-GD library was not installed and prevented the images from showing.

    Thanks,

    Mike
