Post count not correct for some users

I know this issue has been on the table before, but all those threads are closed and my impression is that the issue was solved long ago.
On my site, http://logistikfokus.se, the post count is way off for some of the authors when Co-authors Plus is active. I have screenshots if you are interested.
My posts drop from 153 to 13, for instance.
This issue is quite recent (last two months).
