Post Count Beside Categories — Error!

    Okay, this may be some bug or some database error. At my site (Stellify.net), it displays a post count of 5 beside the category Ventures, which is incorrect. As far as I know, I’ve only posted to it three times. The other category, Foils, has a correct post count though, 9.

    This is currently the code for displaying the categories:

    wp_list_cats('sort_column=name&optioncount=1&children=0')

    Any ideas?

    Since it is dated 2004 – it is NOT a related thread…

    Is the cache active on your blog?
    Upgrade from 2.0.3 to the most recent: 2.0.4. It might be related to one of the more than 50 bugs.

    No idea on your problem, but, Hey man that is a nice looking site! Your curvy nav header menu, and the Portfolios thumbnails in your sidebar, are some really cool features, and the black background looks great here. Good luck with your site! Can’t believe you only have 14 posts, with a site that looks that well-developed?

    Hmm… maybe I was looking at the wrong site (linked to your profile 🙂

    It still can be related to the version used, SpamKarma and earlier versions, cache.

    Dgold: Thanks. Really. I’ve been tweaking it for ages. But I don’t think I have 9 + 5 posts already! Haha!

    moshu: Hehe, sorry bout that… I did mention it in the post above. 😛 I’m using 2.0.4 but not SpamKarma nor Cache. Eeep.

    Hm, sorry for the double-post, but this *might* be related as well (by a long shot, I think):

    I tried updating my user profile’s site but when I look at the comments I’ve made on the different posts, my name does not have a link, while the other commenters’ names do. I’m logged in when I comment, FYI.
