Post Categories Radio Buttons

Suddenly, my categories checkboxes in the post insertion page, became radio buttons. I haven’t edited any of admin files. Only category.php and files from mingle forum plugin.

I want checkboxes back, so I can select multiple categories to one post.

How can I do that?
