Post buttons disapear. Please HELP

Hey all

For some reason my buttons has disaper from a top of the post when making a new one.

this is the ones with the buttons on it

this is the one Im having problems that does not have the buttons

I had not did anything when this happen, Just added about 2 post before I had to stop cause of this.

I have try to do a update to see if it fix the problem , But it did not, it’s still the same

any help is really appreciated .
