Post Box not functioning properly

It appears that something was accidentally changed on the dashboard of my blog at http://www.rubyforwomen.com so that when I go to the “add new post” page, there is a gray box with no tool bar and no way to add a new post. I’m thinking it is probably something rather simple, as the “add new page” function works fine, so if anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it. Thanks so much!
