Possible User Role Bug

Hey there again,

I might just have found another bug.

I created a block with a repeater. As long as I edit the block as admin I see the Image that I uploaded.

When I now log in as Author and edit the site with the repeater-block, then I dont see the uploaded Image from the admin (it says upload, or media library as if there was no image set already.) If I add a new Image it is possible and it will display the one uploaded by the admin, but I still will not see it in Gutenberg.

I hope I was precise enough, maybe you can reproduce that bug.
