Possible to convert phpmyadmin sql dump file to wxr?

    Is it possible to convert a sql dump file to wxr? I crashed my blog and can’t access the WP backend. I also made a backup of mjy database in xml using a wp-xmlmigrate tool – could that be converted to wxr format? (I had been using an old version of WP (2.0.5) and it didn’t have an export function.) I really need a wxr file – any advice?
