    Hi
Thank you for the awesome work you did with this plugin.
I installed it two days ago and it could be just what I needed.
The zoom effect works great on most pages of the website.
But it seems to conflict with the avada theme counters.
When the image to zoom is in the same raw as the counters.
    Zoom effect won’t trigger.
I use latest versions of Theme, Plugin and WP.
Do you have any idea that could help me solve this ?
    Here is the page link

PS : if it helps, when I inspect the image to zoom in firefox,
there is an EV button with the JS to be load.
When I click this button the zoom effect sometimes get to work well.

    Hi,

obviously there is a problem, but I don’t manage to reproduce it.

I installed Avada and made some counters next to an image. You can watch the small screencast I made in my attempt to replicate the settings.

I’m not sure if it’s because of the counters. Could you please make a page only with the image and then try to add elements until it breaks?

Thank you for the prompt answer.
    After running some tests,
it appears that zoooom won’t work when placed after an image carousel.
This conflict only happens when ‘Picture Size’ is set to ‘auto’
    in the carousel settings.
Hope it helps to solve this issue.
I would appreciate any help in order to fix this.

Indeed the problem has to do with the carousel.

The zoom doesn’t understand the right position of the image because the carousel changes the page in front.

I’m sorry, I cannot do anything about it. You will simply have to decide between the carousel or the zoom. Or, another solution would be to put the carousel after the image on which you zoom.
