Possible Blob Virus or Worm

HEllo,

I’ve recently realized that I have been having trouble accessing my admin panel, to update my blog. Whenever I log in the dashboard shows up in plain text and it is hard for me to do ANYTHING. This recently started happening. My AVG antivirus comes up and shows a threat whenever i am on my website or the wp-admin page. Is there anyway I can get rid of it and restore my page? Also, about a few months back I had an issue with my site automatically delivering a pop-up from another site. my website is thehiphopdemocrat.com
