Do you see auto-insert items in the page accessed via Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Manage Auto-insert?
Yep. I understand that’s where it gets adjusted, but doesn’t seem to want to work. I don’t know if I’m clicking the wrong things. It also has the habit of not showing any ads at all, then sometimes tons of ads.
If you have multiple auto-insert items, turn on only one item by toggling the status since you are just beginning and need to understand how it works.
Now assuming you have only one auto-insert item, try this step.
1. Pick your unit to display in the Select Units option.
2. In the Areas option, check only the Post / Page Content check box.
3. In the Positionsoption, select Below.
4. Leave the rest untouched. Do not check the Areas option of the Static Insertion section. Turn off the Where to Enable and Where to Disable options.
Let me know if it changes the position of the plugin outputs.
