Hi, @frolickingmini
Do you mean the image from the homepage slider? Can you show a screenshot or a link to the website?
It’s possible to remove the greyed-out effect on hover only with some custom CSS code.
Thank you so much Ina! I do mean the image from the homepage. Here is a screenshot. https://imgur.com/a/9zsE24P
Basically my image is portrait-sized and I’d love to be able scroll from the top to the bottom of the image before the next section comes up. At the moment, I’m not able to see the top of the image – just a section of the middle.
Is it possible to remove the line under the title without custom CSS? Or does that and the grey effect both require custom CSS?
Thank you so much again!
@frolickingmini it should be possible to display the entire portrait image within the slider with some custom CSS code. This will result in blank space in the left/right of the image. Since most of the screens the website is viewed on have landscape orientation, the slider is made to fit the images horizontally, even if they are uploaded as portrait images. This is also due to the responsive nature of the theme.
The line under the title is also removable with custom CSS. We can help you with this if you use the premium version of Inspiro, as it’s included in the support for the theme.
