Hi Monett,
Are you trying to caption the featured image of the portfolio post or images within the post? If it’s the featured image that appears on the portfolio grid page, this pulls from the portfolio post title. If it’s images within the post, there was never an option to caption these. This would only work if you were adding the images one by one through the Add Media button.
What exactly was working before that isn’t now? Can you provide a link?

I’m confused? You shouldn’t have to do anything with custom fields.
Are you all updated with the theme and plugins?
When your on the portfolio post edit you should see options to edit the page content and the values? Are you not seeing the values?

I am changing the values, but I dont see the changes in the web site.
Are you clearing your wp-super cache in the settings > wp-super cache after every change you make?

When you say nothing works what part is not working? For the post above I see that you have used – good condition in the content and that you have the year, mileage and color in your list value options.
