Portfolio section went missing on dashboard

I am not sure what happened but my Portfolio section in the dashboard disappeared. The theme I am using displays the portfolio on the homepage and this is still working. I am not sure at which point it disappeared because it is not something I work with everyday.

I have tried the following :

1) Changed theme to 20-20 and back
2) Deactivated all plugins and reactivated only crucial plugs
3) Created a new admin account and logged in through that

Still, no success :/

Any guidance will be appreciated!
