Portfolio carousel blocks need color

    How do I change the color of the static portfolio carousel blocks with icons on the Home Layout Page? The static visual is unappealing. Their light gray can barely been seen, but when hovering over the blocks/squares, the color is good. (Virtue theme) thank you. our site is not up yet
